That’s right ladies, to mark International Women’s Day, we are bringing our mentoring programme ‘Who’s Your Momma’ back to London.

Headed up by our very own Emma Perkins (ECD of LoweOpen), this excellent programme has already matched over 3000 women globally with mentors and mentees.

The best part is it’s completely free and caters to all levels from graduate to C-Suite across creative, account, management, production, strategy, digital, marketing and PR.

Amongst the multiple barriers women face throughout their careers, women report the absence of a role model as the biggest barrier to career progression. That’s why Who’s Your Momma is here to help. Whether you’re seeking advice or imparting wisdom, industry mentorships are rewarding for everyone involved and exactly what is needed.

The WYMM programme is a great way for you to partner up with an inspiring mentor who can offer support and advice on your career. We’ll offer support to three groups:

– For the next generation of Women leaders

– For the next generation of Talented Women (below director level)

– For the women just starting out in their careers, students, first time job seekers and women exploring a career change.

Keep your eyes peeled for our launch event that we’ll be announcing very soon for women already working within the industry. But never fear, if you’re just starting out, we also have our fabulous annual Speed Mentoring night coming up too.

In the meantime we’re looking for talented senior ladies to join us as mentors.
