With another tough year ahead, we all need to dig up more resilience than ever. For many, a trusted mentor makes all the difference: someone you can turn to for advice, when your workplace is less than inclusive, or when you have to navigate tricky conflicts. Also someone to keep you accountable or help you set (and smash!) your goals.

Mentorship comes in lots of shapes and sizes, from peer-to-peer to career and life mentors. This month we chat to two mentor-mentee duos about their journeys and how they’ve found mentoring mutually rewarding. We’ll also shine the light on Who’s Your Momma – our very own SheSays mentorship programme, and some of the success stories we’ve had thus far.
