Meet the Panel:

Dina Biblarz,Integrated Strategy Director at Pitch (Moderator)

What does having 14 years in the media industry give you? A passion for culture. A sense of taste. And a feeling for good storytelling. That’s what spending her career leading co-branded marketing efforts for brands such as S.Pellegrino, Toyota, COVERGIRL and the American Cancer Society at award-winning powerhouses such as InStyle, Bon Appetit, New York Magazine and Men’s Health have yielded.  Some of those marketing efforts have included Zach Galifiankas auctioning off bad art for charity, Bon Appetit editors shrimping on an epic road trip, and Molly Ringwald empowering moms with high rise jeans.

Sofya Polyakov, Co-Founder & CEO of Noun Project (Panelist)

Sofya has over a decade of experience building products and communities that empower creation. She is the CEO & Co-Founder of Noun Project - the most extensive and diverse resource for iconography built by designers from around the world (founded in 2011), and the Co-Founder & COO of Lingo - a modern digital asset manager for brands and products (founded in 2016). Sofya is also the founder of Kindred Collective - an exclusive network for extraordinary women leaders, and mommy to two little boys.

Julia Rockowitz, Founder of rockdoodles (Panelist)

Julia is a twenty-something illustrator, creative and founder. Like most millennials, you may know her best by her Instagram @rockdoodles where she posts daily punny doodles. In August 2017, Julia started sharing illustrations from her couch and in less than 2 years has turned her creative outlet into a business. Julia now has a stationery line that is sold across the globe and partners with brands to create custom assets to tell their unique stories.

Kiana Anvaripour, VP Marketing Beboe (Panelist)

Kiana Anvaripour has 17 years of experience building luxury brands. As a VP in Marketing, Founder, and Entrepreneur, Kiana has successfully raised angel funding and spearheaded brand partnerships and B2B offerings with Fortune 500 retailers and brands. In 2010 Kiana launched dMondaine, her own line of luxury lingerie that reached distribution in US, European and Asian luxury retailers. In 2013 she launched Fovo, a personalization solution for apparel retailers, leveraging a proprietary algorithm and machine learning to reinvent the retail experience. After licensing her two startups she took the leap in 2018 and joined Beboe, known as the “Hermes of cannabis” according The New York Times, to utilize her broad knowledge of luxury to the thriving cannabis industry. At Beboe she heads all marketing efforts including brand management, retail marketing, product development, partnerships and media.
