SheSays is an award-winning organization running free mentorship and events to women in the creative and marketing businesses. Why? Because we want to see more women at the top. And since we are all about doing we also offer courses, career management and a collaboration platform called shout.

The SheSays Awards in partnership with Isobar -celebrating equality, diversity and female talent in the creative industries

Isobar, SheSays and our media partners The Drum are pleased to announce the SheSays Awards are open for entry.

Previously known the Golden Stilettos, the re-freshed awards include now include new categories, prizesjudges and a new awards ceremony venue.

The Awards are open for entries on 22nd April and will close Midday on the 19th May. Females based in the UK from any discipline; e.g. a strategist, creative, account handler (or mix-sex creative duos) can enter. Entrants must be able to show that they have played a key role in the planning, management or production of the idea.


The Isobar Award

Isobar AwardAn idea without limits which uses technology to solve a real world problem. The idea must not be part of a previously live or up and coming campaign. Click to enter

The Industry Award

Industry AwardAn idea without limits which has gone live for any client in 2013 or 2014.

Entrant(s) can be from any discipline (producer, account handler, developer, UX, etc) and must describe their involvement in the project with a maximum of 500 words. Click to enter



The Student Award

The Student AwardAn idea without limits, which has been created by a student in full time education or currently in a placement role at an agency at the time of their submission.

The Drum Woman of the Year Award

Woman of the Year AwardThis award will emulate The Drum’s prestigious ‘Top 30 under 30’ competition. We want you to put forward the woman who you think has made an outstanding contribution to the creative industries and tell us why.

The shortlisted submissions will then go to a public vote on The Drum.

Winners & runners up

Winners and runners up will receive a beautiful, handcrafted pendant designed by a London based jewellery designer Clarice Price Thomas


The circular design of the winners’ awards includes three different coloured ‘V’ shape grooves the 3% of female creative directors. The design also includes a 4mm orange sapphire set in the centre. The runners up pendants having the same design with a smaller stone. The designs are hand-engraved with the Isobar and SheSay’s logos and the date, for the winners to wear every day with pride. All entrants will also receive a standing award on the night.
