Being a strong woman in a male-dominated industry and workplace can be challenging. Women of all backgrounds and experiences may need to navigate rough waters. Join some of the Twin Cities most courageous female leaders to discuss the realities of being a strong woman in the advertising/marketing/technology industry, as well as the pros and cons and how to navigate possible backlash. Each of these individuals have experienced their own unique journeys, filled with ups and downs. But now, there’s a common thread that binds this womanhood together. They are no longer apologizing for having strong voices and opinions that have brought them to where they are now.
