Welcome back to a fantastic SheSays Brighton Winter warmer. This month, our theme is: “Dream big!… your vision for 2016”. We’re delighted to be back at 68 Middle St, for a cosy session but places are limited so book soon. Tonight’s format is a bit different, with more practical workshop style activities so we hope you’ll bring your whole self to join in with your SheSays friends…

What’s in store for you in 2016? In this informative and interactive session, career coach Lisa Westbury will help you discover what you really want in the next year. Lisa will dispel any myths you have about coaching and invite you to open up your thinking about who or what you are becoming. @yourcareergarden

Our very own Rifa Thorpe-Tracey brings her first ever full talk to SheSays, adapting the ideas she spoke about at this year’s Dare Conference, for tonight’s SheSays audience. Rifa will discuss how she finally learnt to bring together the two separate parts of her life: project management and meditation. She’ll share practical tips for remaining calm and focused at work and we’ll do some meditation together too. @refigure
