Turning failure into success is the key to achieving your full potential. The expression “Forward ever, backward never” rolls easily off the tongue, but in reality life isn’t that simple. Setbacks and failures are sometimes painful to experience, hard to let go of, but vital for growth. By failing forward we learn from setbacks, making the necessary adjustments to succeed. After all, failure is not the opposite of success, but the road to it.
