Rework the Future
Today’s workplace is not fit-for-purpose. Inclusivity, diversity, flexibility and transparency aren’t at the levels we need them to be if we’re to offer equal opportunities for all.
To plan for a better future, we must act. Let’s define what we all need from the future of work, and rework it to be a reality that supports everyone.
Your vision, our future: have your say
Help us campaign for the issues that are most important to you.
We’re co-creating a manifesto for change. This form should take about 4 minutes to complete. Let’s get started!
Thanks for co-creating the future of work with us.

The future is unwritten
Why this matters
The future is fast approaching. Automation and artificial intelligence are sweeping through every sector, industry and role. And when big shifts happen, it’s often women and other minority groups who get left behind.
We need to plan for a better future. One where every person (and in turn, every business) can thrive – regardless of what’s coming.
What we want to achieve
We want to show what a world of work that works for everyone looks like. We know it should be rooted in equality, but how this shows up will be different for different groups.
If we can hear from as many people from as many backgrounds and experiences as possible, we can weave a rich tapestry of perspectives. This will help paint a vision for the future that is more compelling than ever.
A manifesto worth sharing
From your input, we’ll create a powerful manifesto that we will share with top business leaders across the UK.
We’ll push forward a movement in how work is organised and experienced. It’ll be a revolution to rework the future.

Meet us live online for the launch of Rework The Future and the premiere episode of our new podcast Cards on the Table with AnalogFolk Managing Director Anna-Lou Gladwell.
Cards on the Table is banishing the poker faces and buzzwords of creative industry chat and getting real. In each episode of our Rework The Future season, we’ll talk to someone who’s all action when it comes to making our workplaces work. You’ll get behind-the-scenes access to what they did, what they didn’t do, what they wish they’d done and what they’re still developing. Our guests will be dealt a hand of cards from our pack of deep-diving questions, so every interview is a little bit different and a lot more honest.
