Melbourne, Australia saw the launch of Who’s Yr Momma Mentoring Scheme to a sell out audience last Tuesday. We opened with a quote from Earl R Zen II , which set the scene for how important mentoring is: “the true tragedy in most people’s lives is that they are far better than they imagine themselves to be and, as a result, end up being much less than they might be”.

Agency veteran and leadership coach Sue McKenzie followed by sharing the 5 things she wish she had known 10 years ago, including model the person with the results, take responsibility for the good and the bad, and remember that there is no such thing as failure, only feedback.

Revved up, our packed to the rafters audience threw out insightful questions to our experienced panel: Suzanne Douglas (GM Marketing), Amy Holier ( Creative Director), Fiona Leeeming (Executive Creative Director), and Kristen Boschma (Marketing Director).
