In 2014, the World Economic Forum predicted it would take until 2095 to achieve global gender parity. In 2015, the news worsened: estimated gender gap “progress” wouldn’t close entirely until 2133. As women in creative fields, we simply cannot let opportunities bypass us because of our gender. In accordance with International Women’s Day, we’re making it our mission to pledge for parity.

On Tuesday March 8, we invite you to join us at Frequency 540 to celebrate International Women’s Day with an insightful panel discussion about achieving gender parity, creating inclusive communities and eliminating workplace bias.
