The future of work

“The Future of work” is definitely a buzzword. With over 300 million hits on a Google search, companies and leaders are trying to define and prepare for what’s next – or better said – what’s already here. From new trends in collaborative work, to the demand for transparent company values, what defines job happiness and company success has been radically reimagined. Our panel will give their point of view on this changing landscape and what they think we can learn from it.

@T_Cash1
Tari Cash is General Manager of the Travel, Transportation & Logistics (TTL) practice at Catalant. Catalant believes by 2020, 43% of American Professionals will work independently, so it created a proprietary algorithm that matches independent experts and boutique consulting firms to enterprises with a strategic project need. Tari and her team are focused on building the new TTL vertical by developing a portfolio of Fortune 1000 clients, and opening the company’s first regional office in Washington DC. Prior to Catalant, she led Under Armour’s go-to-market strategy for its Connected Fitness hardware products, and she launched and managed Tesla Motors’ East Coast Operations. Tari loves to help young, dynamic companies grow, and she thrives at the intersection of strategy and operations.
